Does the reformer come assembled?

Our reformers are delivered practically ready to use: most of the structure is pre-assembled in the factory to ensure precise adjustments and stability.

You will only need to attach a few light elements (handles, springs, ropes and holding bars) using an illustrated assembly guide, and in less than 15 minutes your equipment will be operational. Of course, all the necessary screws and tools are included in the package.

How does delivery to my studio work?

  • Shipping Pre-notification: We notify you the day before your order ships, via email or SMS.
  • Closest Drop-off: The delivery driver will drop off the packages in front of your studio (or at the back of the truck if they cannot access directly) — always at the closest point to the destination. Please arrange for a friend or colleague to help you bring in the packages.
