Does the reformer come pre-assembled?
Our reformers are delivered practically ready to use: most of the structure is pre-assembled in the factory to ensure precise adjustments and stability.
You will only have to attach a few light elements (handles, springs, ropes, and holding bars) thanks to an illustrated assembly guide, and in less than 15 minutes your machine will be operational. Of course, all the necessary screws and tools are included in the package.
How does the delivery work?
- Shipping Notification: We will notify you the day before your order ships via email or SMS.
- Drop-off at Closest Point: The delivery driver will drop off the packages in front of your studio (or at the back of the truck if direct access is not possible) — always at the closest point to the destination. Please arrange for a friend or colleague to help you bring the packages inside.
