The tower allows for a wide range of exercises standing, sitting or lying down. It is equipped with height and width adjustable pulleys, with numbered hooks on the front and backfor positioning springs or elastic bands.

4) Can the resistance be adjusted easily?

Yes. The Reformer springs (6)and the tower springs (8)can be combined using a double-height bar, allowing for precise intensity adjustment.

5) What is included with this Reformer?
